24 Hour Rescheduling + Cancelation Policy

In order to allow for those on waitlist an opportunity to occupy open session times, we kindly require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your session. 

​

• To reschedule or cancel without penalty, please use your Vagaro account, or email Katie at katiej.dougherty@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

• Canceled or rescheduled sessions with less than a 24 hours notice will be automatically charged the full session fee.
